Check your delivery using the secure order-status link or carrier tracking link sent with your order. Your shipment details stay private, so this page does not display customer orders or tracking numbers.

Track your delivery

1. Open your SURFNSWIPE order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
2. Select the order-status or tracking link in that email to view your order. Once your order ships, use its carrier tracking link for shipment updates.
3. If the carrier asks for a tracking number, copy the number from your shipping confirmation and enter it on the carrier's tracking page.

What you'll need

Keep your order confirmation and shipping confirmation handy. If prompted on your secure order-status page, verify your order using the email address or phone number used at checkout. Your order number is not the same as your carrier tracking number.

When will my order arrive?

Orders usually dispatch on the next business day. Courier delivery typically takes 5–7 days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; check your shipment's tracking link for the latest updates.

Can't find your tracking?

Search your inbox and spam folder for SURFNSWIPE. If your order has not shipped yet, tracking may not be available. If a new tracking link has no updates, check again after the carrier's first scan.
